ARLEKINA RecoRDS (Арлекина Рекордс) is a Russian pirate label. ООО «Арлекина-Рекордз» mentioned on releases as a company, that runs the label. On the pirate wholesale market this label (and company) are known as "Арлекина". Their catalogue is distributed in the Internet as an XLS (Excel) file. Company ООО «Хом Мьюзик» usually mentioned on releases without exact role, followed by a text "Лицензия МПТР РФ № 221-77.". Most probably this company is fictional, and so is manufacturer's licence № 221-77.
