AMBIENT BLACK METAL
Black metal played slower and softer, with synthesizers or classical instruments laid over the guitars.[1] Its lyrics lean on nature, folklore and mythology.[1] Summoning, Agalloch, Urfaust and Wolves in the Throne Room are the groups named for it, and Burzum's 1994 album Hvis lyset tar oss, filed as black metal and dark ambient, ends on a keyboard piece.[1][2]
