GLITCH POP
Glitch pop is listed as a subgenre of glitch, and in practice it is a critics' label more than a scene.[1][3] Bjork's Vespertine (2001) is the album most often filed under it, with Matmos helping build its microbeats from everyday sounds.[2] Critics have also called the same album electronica, art pop, ambient and trip-hop.[2] One Sputnik Music review doubts that a pseudo-genre can have a defining record at all.[3]
