KAWAII FUTURE BASS
Japanese offshoot of future bass with high-pitched vocal chops, bright synths and cheerful melodies, often with chiptune sounds and anime or game samples.[1][2] Snail's House (Keitaro Ujiie, from Tokyo) began the project in August 2014 with "Nyan Nyan Angel!" and put out the Kirara EP on Trekkie Trax in May 2015.[2] Spotify's genre system groups Moe Shop, Aiobahn and Tomggg under it.[3]
