SPACE DISCO
Disco on synthesizers and arpeggiators with science-fiction themes: space, robots, the future.[1] Space, led by Didier Marouani of France, made "Magic Fly" in 1977, the year of Star Wars, whose theme Meco turned into a disco single.[1] Dee D. Jackson's "Automatic Lover" (1978) reached the top ten in several countries.[1] Norwegian producers such as Lindstrøm revived it later.[1]
