RAGGA JUNGLE
Ragga jungle set dancehall vocals and samples over jungle breaks and deep bass.[1] Its roots go back to Shut Up and Dance's records with the Ragga Twins in 1990, but it broke through in 1994, when M-Beat and General Levy's Incredible reached a mass audience and Shy FX and UK Apachi's Original Nuttah became its other anthem.[1][2] Rebel MC's Congo Natty label released much of it.[1]
