RAVE MUSIC
Rave music grew out of the late-1980s acid house scene, which moved from Chicago to the UK, first to Manchester and then to London.[2] It drew on house, techno and breakbeat, and in the early 1990s the scene branched into hardcore, breakbeat and drum and bass, alongside fast free tekno played at illegal parties.[2] In Belgium, new beat evolved into a local hardcore techno, and the Roland TB-303 is the machine tied to acid house.[2]
