TERRORCORE
Terrorcore, or terror, is the darker, more extreme end of gabber, usually 200 to 250 BPM, with horror-film samples, metal sounds and breakbeats between the kicks.[1][2] French Wikipedia places it in the mid-1990s at gabber's Dutch peak, naming Delta 9, Nasenbluten, DJ Skinhead and Rotterdam Terror Corps.[1] Rotterdam Terror Corps, a fire-breathing live act since 1993, won the 1997 Thunder Award for best track with The Horror.[3]
