COMPLEXTRO
Complextro is a branch of electro house marked by glitchy, intricate basslines and textures made by cutting sharply between instruments.[1] Porter Robinson coined the name in 2010 for his own music, though he did not create the sound, and he cited video game sounds and 1980s analog synths as influences.[1] Justice's 2005 track Waters of Nazareth is cited as typifying the later sound, and Skrillex, Knife Party, Madeon and Wolfgang Gartner are named among its producers.[1]
